An Amazon Selling Partner Appstore badge advertises that you have an application listing on Amazon. After you registered as a developer and list your application on the Appstore, the Appstore team can grant you an Amazon Selling Partner Appstore badge. Developers will receive a copy of the Appstore badge in a welcome email from the Appstore team.
Trademark usage guidelines
These guidelines apply to your use of the Amazon Selling Partner Appstore badge, which is a trademark owned solely by Amazon. As used in these guidelines, the term "we," "us," or "Amazon" means Amazon Services LLC or any of its affiliate companies, and "you" means the Software or Service Partner (either a person or business entity) using the badge. Strict compliance with these guidelines is required at all times, and any use of the badge in violation of these guidelines will automatically terminate any license related to your use of the badge.

Use the badge solely for the purposes authorized by Amazon in these guidelines. Your use must comply with the most up-to-date version of these guideline and comply with any other terms, conditions, or policies that Amazon may issue that apply to the use of the badge.

The badge must appear in its entirety. Leave enough space between each side of the badge and other visual, graphic, or textual elements. Do not place the badge on any background that interferes with the readability or display of the badge.

To determine the proper amount of space between your Appstore badge another logo, first rotate the letter "n" from the Appstore badge and place it above, below, and to the right of the amazon logo.

Then, place a 1 pt black vertical rule between the badge and second logo and use the spacing of the letter "n" to determine the placement of the second logo.

- Do not alter the badge in any manner, including but not limited to: changing the proportion, color, or font of the badge, or adding any elements to or removing any elements from the badge.
- The badge must be at least 100 pixels wide to ensure that the type and trademark notations are legible.
- Do not use trademark symbols with the badge.
- Do not use the badge in any manner that implies sponsorship or endorsement by Amazon, other than by using the badge as specifically authorized in these guidelines by Amazon.
- We encourage you to include the following statement in and on any materials that display the badge (hard copy or electronic): "Amazon's trademark is used under license from Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates."
- You may not use the badge to disparage Amazon, its products or services, or in a manner which, in Amazon’s sole discretion, may diminish or otherwise damage or tarnish Amazon’s goodwill in the badge.
- You must acknowledge that all rights to the badge, and all other Amazon trademarks, are the exclusive property of Amazon, and all goodwill generated through your use of the badge will inure solely to the benefit of Amazon. Developer will not take any action that conflicts with Amazon's rights in, or ownership of, the badge, or any other Amazon trademarks.
Amazon reserves the right, exercisable at its sole discretion, to modify these guidelines and the approved badges at any time and to take appropriate action against any use without permission or any use that does not conform to these guidelines.
