Step 8: List Your Service in the Service Provider Network

Create a listing in the Service Provider Network so that Amazon sellers can discover your services.

The final step in the service provider onboarding process is to create a professional listing in the Service Provider Network. The Service Provider Network is where Amazon sellers discover and request your services.

As a service provider, you use Solution Provider Portal to create and manage service listings that appear on the Service Provider Network.

Before you begin

Before you create your first listing, you must complete Step 1 through Step 5 in the service provider onboarding process, which includes obtaining Amazon's approval for one or more Seller Central roles.

Create a listing

After you receive approval for one or more Seller Central roles in Step 5: Apply for Seller Central Roles, you can request listing assistance.

For listing assistance, complete the following steps:

  1. Wait for Amazon to contact you:
    • After Amazon approves your service provider profile, an Amazon representative will contact you through a support case to initiate the listing process.

  2. Provide the required information:
    • Details about your company and services.
    • Your company logo and banner images.
    • Your completed service provider questionnaire.
    • Your specialties, value-added services, and additional information for sellers to discover your services.

  3. Collaborate with your Amazon representative
    • Work with your assigned Amazon representative to refine your listing content.
    • Provide any additional information or materials as requested.
    • Review and approve the final listing before publication.
