Add and manage tax registration information in Solution Provider Portal.

This guide shows you how to add and update tax registration information in Solution Provider Portal. Learn how to add new tax registration numbers, edit your existing information, add or update addresses, and remove registrations from your account.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure that you have the following prerequisites:

Add a tax registration number

To add a new tax registration to your account, take the following steps:

  1. Sign in to Solution Provider Portal.
  2. Choose your account, and then choose Select Account.
  3. Navigate to the tax registration information.
  4. Choose Add a VAT/GST registration number.
  5. From the dropdown list, select your country.
    • For United States or Mexico, no additional tax registration information is required.
    • For other countries, complete the tax registration form with your information.
  6. Choose Add number.

Edit tax registration information

To update your existing tax registration details, take the following steps:

  1. Sign in to Solution Provider Portal.
  2. Choose your account, and then choose Select Account.
  3. Navigate to the tax registration information.
  4. Locate the tax registration that you want to edit.
  5. Choose Edit.
  6. Update the registration information as needed.
  7. Choose Edit.

Add a tax registration address

To add a new address to your tax registration, take the following steps:

  1. Sign in to Solution Provider Portal.
  2. Choose your account, and then choose Select Account.
  3. Navigate to the tax registration information.
  4. Choose Edit for the relevant tax registration.
  5. Choose Add a new address.
  6. Enter the new address information.
  7. Choose Edit.

Update a tax registration address

To use a different existing address, take the following steps:

  1. Sign in to Solution Provider Portal.
  2. Choose your account, and then choose Select Account.
  3. Navigate to the tax registration information.
  4. Choose Edit for the relevant tax registration.
  5. Select the desired address from the available options.
  6. Choose Edit.

Remove a tax registration number

To remove a tax registration from your account, take the following steps:

  1. Sign in to Solution Provider Portal.
  2. Choose your account, and then choose Select Account.
  3. Navigate to the tax registration information.
  4. Choose Edit for the registration that you want to remove.
  5. Choose Delete.
  6. Confirm the deletion.
