Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) Reports

There are limits to how often Amazon will generate FBA reports. These limits depend on whether an FBA report is a near real-time report or a daily report.

A near real-time FBA report is generated no more than once every 30 minutes. This means that after a near real-time FBA report is generated following your report request, a 30-minute waiting period must pass before Amazon will generate an updated version of that report. Note that the four "All Orders" reports are not subject to this limitation.

A daily FBA report is generated no more than once every four hours. This means that after a daily FBA report is generated following your report request, a four-hour waiting period must pass before Amazon will generate an updated version of that report.

The Inventory Ledger Report is like a bank statement of your inventory. It provides end-to-end inventory reconciliation capability by showing starting inventory balance, received inventory, customer orders, customer returns, adjustments, removals and ending balance.

This report accepts the following reportOptions values:

• aggregateByLocation: Include Country to aggregate Summary View data by country. Include FC to aggregate Summary View data by fulfillment center. Default: COUNTRY. Example: "reportOptions":{"aggregateByLocation":"COUNTRY"}

• aggregatedByTimePeriod: Specify the time period to aggregate Summary View data accordingly (for example, MONTHLY, WEEKLY, DAILY, etc.). Default: MONTHLY. Example: "reportOptions":{"aggregatedByTimePeriod":"MONTHLY"}

• FNSKU: Include FNSKU value to view report data for that particular FNSKU.

• MSKU: Include MSKU value to view report data for all active FNSKU mappings of that MSKU.

• ASIN: Include ASIN value to view report data for all active FNSKU mappings of that ASIN.

Report behaviors:

• You can pass multiple parameters to ReportOptions as shown in the following example: "reportOptions":{"eventType":"Adjustments", "FNSKU" : "X00001", "MSKU" : "Test"}
• If aggregateByLocation is set as FC, Ledger Summary View will return data aggregated at FC level.
• If aggregateByLocation is set as COUNTRY, Ledger Summary View will return data aggregated at COUNTRY level.
• If aggregatedByTimePeriod is set as DAILY, Ledger Summary View will return data aggregated at the end of day. For example, dataStartTime is 2023-01-15T00:00:00+00:00 and dataEndTime is 2023-01-15T23:59:59+00:00 will return Jan 15th data.
• If aggregatedByTimePeriod is set as MONTHLY, Ledger Summary View will return data aggregated at the end of the month. dataStartTime must be set to first of the month and dataEndTime must be set to last day of the month to get monthly data. • If aggregatedByTimePeriod is set as WEEKLY, Ledger Summary View will return data aggregated at the end of the week. dataStartTime and dataEndTime must be start and end of the week to get weekly data. For example, dataStartTime is 2023–01-09T00:00:00+00:00 and dataEndTime 2023-01-15T23:59:59+00:00 will return weekly data of 15th Jan.
• If no reportOptions are passed to request, Ledger Report Summary View will return data with DEFAULT options which is COUNTRY for aggregateByLocation and MONTHLY for aggregatedByTimePeriod.
• Ledger Report Summary View can return empty data if invalid dataStartTime/dataEndTime is passed along with aggregatedByTimePeriod filter values. (Refer to the behaviors for aggregatedByTimePeriod under report behaviors for the GET_LEDGER_SUMMARY_VIEW_DATA report type on how to set a valid dataStartTime/dataEndTime for appropriate aggregatedByTimePeriod filter options).

Use the Inventory Ledger Report - Detailed View to analyze your inventory movements to and from Amazon fulfillment centers, including products that are sold, returned, removed/disposed, damaged, lost, and found. You can view all historical movements of your inventory for 18 months in this report.

This report accepts the following reportOptions values:

• eventType: Filters report data for a particular warehouse event. Default is the empty string, which returns all events. Other possible values are as follows:
