On November 18, 2024, we announced Support for GPSR compliance in the Listings Items API and JSON Listings feeds. Initially, we stated that legacy feeds would not support General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) attributes and advised developers who use legacy XML feeds to direct sellers to upload GPSR documents through Seller Central.

The Listings Items API v2021-08-01 now supports the ability to create and edit Amazon Haul listings. Amazon Haul is a new shopping experience that sellers can enroll in to sell their products. To learn more about this change, refer to Amazon Haul.

As of February 3, 2025, you can use the Solution Provider Portal (SPP)––a dedicated platform for third-party developers and service providers––to onboard and manage your business with Amazon.

Effective February 23, 2025, Amazon will update the attribute usage and enumeration values of numerous product types across marketplaces. These adjustments eliminate redundant attributes and improve the curation of attributes and enumeration values that apply to the corresponding product types.

The response of the listPackingOptions operation in the Fulfillment Inbound API v2024-03-20 now describes acceptable packing methods and package weights in the supportedConfigurations property. This property replaces the supportedShippingConfigurations property.

The getCompetitiveSummary operation now includes sampleLocation in its response. sampleLocation is the representative location for the segment where the offer is featured. You can use this in the request to the getFeaturedOfferExpectedPriceBatch operation to get the Featured Offer Expected Price (FOEP) for a specific location. The listInventory operation for the Amazon Warehousing and Distribution API v2024-05-09 now includes the optional response parameter replenishmentQuantity. This parameter contains quantity information for units that are in transit from Amazon Warehousing and Distribution to a Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) facility.

Deprecated SP-API resources are no longer in active development. Calls to deprecated SP-API resources will continue to be successful until their removal date. After the removal date, calls will fail. For more detailed information about SP-API deprecation dates, refer to the Deprecations table.
