What is Amazon Business App Center?
The Amazon Business App Center is a one-stop shop where business customers can discover third-party applications (apps) that integrate with Amazon Business. The App Center hosts apps across the following categories:
- Accounting management
- Rewards and Recognition
- Expense Management
- Integrated Shopping
- Inventory management
- Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)
Business customers can quickly search, filter, and browse apps in the App Center to find the right integrated solution for their organization. Customers can select and connect to an app in a few clicks, then manage the app within the App Center. By connecting to an app, customers grant consent to the app to make Amazon Business API calls on their behalf. Listing your app on the App Center helps developers, like you, easily raise awareness for your solution and reach new customer segments.
List your app
To make your app publicly available in Amazon Business App Center, you’ll need to list an app through Solution Provider Portal (SPP) account. You’ll need a SPP account. For instructions, see Submit your Developer Profile Request. Select at least one Amazon Business role when you create your developer profile. For more information, see Amazon Business roles .
The typical timeline to submit an app listing and develop the App Center authorization workflow is 1-2 weeks. Once the listing is submitted, the Amazon Business App Center team takes 3-5 business days to review the listing, test authorization flow, and publish your app.
Here is the process to list your app:
- Integrate with Amazon Business APIs and create a private integration app. To start your integration, complete all four steps of the API onboarding process.
- Begin the listing process in SPP to publish your integrated app. To list your app, complete the three sections of the New App Submission form: App Information, Media, and Compliance. For more information, see List your app in the Amazon Business App Center.
- Submit your listing request.
- Develop and test Amazon Business App Center authorization workflow. This workflow allows business customers to authorize your app to make API calls on their behalf. For more information, see App Center authorization workflow.
- Amazon Business App Center team reviews and tests the app authorization workflow.
- Amazon Business App Center team reviews your app listing request. If any changes to the listing are required, the App Center team works with you to update, resubmit, and approve your listing.
- Your app is published and available to Amazon Business customers.
