If you're a solution provider, you must follow these instructions after your identity verification is complete.
Important
Only the administrator of the Solution Provider Portal account can perform these steps.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure that you have the following prerequisites:
- A Solution Provider Portal account
- The completion of your solution provider identity verification
Update your business and contact information
To update your business and contact information, complete the following steps:
- Sign in to Solution Provider Portal.
- Choose your account, and then choose Select Account.
- Navigate to the Business & Contact Info section.
- For Organization name:
- Enter your company's complete legal business name, with no abbreviations.
- Include any registered trade names or "doing business as" (DBA) names.
- Do not enter an individual's name unless that is the name you use for your business and you don't have a separate business name.
- Ensure that the name matches your official business registration documents.
- Use A-Z letters, with the original language spelling optionally in parentheses.
- For Website URL:
- Provide your organization's complete website address.
- Verify that the website is live and accessible.
- For Organization home country: Select the country where your organization is legally registered.
- For Primary contact full first and last name:
- Enter the full first and last name of the primary contact of the organization.
- Use A-Z letters, with the original language spelling optionally in parentheses.
- Do not include your business name. Enter only the primary business contact's personal name.
- Double-check that you included the contact's complete first and last name. Submissions that do not include the contact's complete first and last name will be rejected and require resubmission.
- For Email:
- Enter the email address of the primary contact.
- Use a business email address if possible.
- Ensure that the email address is active and regularly monitored.
- Verify that you entered the email address correctly.
- For Contact country code and Phone number:
- Provide the complete business phone number, including the area code.
- Select or enter a phone number for verification and complete the authentication process.
- For How would you describe your organization: Select the option that best describes your organization type.
- For Does your organization have any affiliations or ownership connections with other companies, including parent companies, subsidiaries, sub-contractors, or closely-associated businesses: Indicate your organization's affiliations.
- For Where can potential clients find and verify your organization:
- Select all platforms where potential clients can find and verify your organization.
- Provide URLs for selected verification sources as requested.
- For Does your organization share any information (individual client details or combined client data) with other customers, partner companies, or outside organizations:
- Indicate whether your organization shares any information.
- Provide the business purpose for sharing information with others outside your organization.
- Provide a list of the organizations with whom you share Amazon information.
- For Does your organization gather any Amazon customer, product, or business information from non-Amazon sources:
- Indicate whether your organization gathers any information from non-Amazon sources.
- Provide a list of all external (non-Amazon) sources where your organization retrieves Amazon information.
- For Does your organization have a policy that requires notifying Amazon of organizational changes within 30 days: Choose yes or no.
- For Does your organization have a risk assessment process and an incident response plan that covers monitoring, detection, and response for potential threats and security incidents: Choose yes or no.
- For Does the incident response plan include reporting security incidents involving Amazon information to [email protected]: Choose yes or no.
- For Within what time period does your plan state your organization will notify Amazon if a security incident was detected: Specify a time period.
- For Summarize the steps taken within your organization's incident response plan to handle database hacks, unauthorized access, and data leaks: Describe your organization's incident response plan.
- Choose Save to apply your changes.
