December 2024 API and documentation updates

We are excited to share the latest updates to our APIs and documentation for December 2024:

Document API

In EU and JP, you can now retrieve consolidated invoices through Document API. Depending on the customer’s Amazon Business account settings, invoices can support purchase consolidation (one invoice including all line items in a purchase) and periodic consolidation (one invoice including all purchases shipped in a given time period). Reconciliation API

In EU and JP, the Reconciliation API now returns the invoice number associated with a consolidated invoice. This invoice number can be used in the Document API request to retrieve consolidated invoices via API. For details, visit the following documents:

Amazon Business API roles

We revised the Amazon Business API roles document to specify which APIs and operations are accessible by each role. The descriptions of each role have also been updated for clarity and accuracy.

Amazon Business App Center

We updated the List your app in the Amazon Business App Center with the latest instructions to submit a valid app listing.
