Update: Throttling changes for the Merchant Fulfillment API

The getEligibleShippingServices and createShipment operations in the Merchant Fulfillment API v0 have increased throttling rates to help reduce request throttling:

  • The getEligibleShippingServices operation now has a throttling rate of 6 (previously 5) and a burst rate of 12 (previously 10).
  • The createShipment operation now has a throttling rate of 2 (previously 1) and a burst rate of 2 (previously 1).

This change applies to all marketplaces.
