Update: Orders v0 API now supports FBM Ship+

The AmazonPrograms response object for the Orders v0 API getOrderItems operation now supports FBM Ship+ (FBM_SHIP_PLUS). You can use this value to determine if an order item is part of the FBM Ship+ program. For more information, refer to getOrderItems.

This change applies to all marketplaces.
