Delivery photos are now available for MCF orders in NA and EU marketplaces
Effective August 20, 2025, the getFulfillmentOrder operation provides delivery photos for eligible Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) orders that use Amazon logistics as the last mile carrier.
Which marketplaces are affected?
Delivery photos are now available in the following marketplaces as well:
- CA
- US
- MX
- ES
- UK
- FR
- DE
- IT
- JP
- AU

Developers who use the getFulfillmentOrder operation are affected by this change.
What action is required?

If you provide delivery photos to shoppers through Swiship, you must obtain customer emails, and provide these emails through the notificationEmails property in the createFulfillmentOrder operation so that customers receive updates. The getPackageTrackingDetails operation provides Swiship links through the customerTrackingLink property.
