Update: Upcoming changes to the VAT Calculation Report

On January 1, 2026, the column names of the following e-invoicing related columns in the VAT Calculation Report (VCR) will be updated in order to adhere to e-invoicing mandates in the EU.

The current column names indicate invoice submission details of Italy (SDI) only. Starting January 1, 2026, you can use these columns to determine the status of any e-invoice submission in any marketplace where the VAT Calculation Service (VCS) supports e-invoicing.
Who is affected?
Sellers who are enrolled in VCS and who use the VAT Calculation Report to retrieve the list of orders for which Amazon has created invoices or e-invoices on their behalf are affected by this change.
What action is required?
Ensure that you adjust your code to receive the new columns names by January 1, 2026.
