Update to the Data Protection Policy

We are making updates to Section 3 of the Data Protection Policy, to broaden Amazon's confidentiality requirements for non-public information disclosed by Developers.
This change is effective April 8, 2025. All other aspects of the Data Protection Policy remain unchanged.
Your continued use of Amazon API Services after April 8, 2025 constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. Our goal is to help you and all of our developers continue to succeed with Amazon and grow your businesses globally, while maintaining customer trust for data security.
