ListPrice attribute required for select product types
Starting June 30, 2023, Amazon will require the ListPrice
attribute across 1000 product types (PTs). This change will improve customer experience by providing accurate and complete product attribute information. Selling Partners must enter the List Price or the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price for product types that involve List Prices.
Which marketplaces are affected?
This change applies to the US marketplace.
Who is affected?
Developers who use JSON files to upload or update to any of the 1000 PTs are affected by this change.

What action is required?

If you have an application that is affected by this change, be sure to adjust your application workflow on the category-specific file templates.

If you do not have a ready-to-provide
ListPrice
, provide a possible value that could be the first price at which you have offered or will be offering the product. You can also provide a value of 0 to indicate that you do not have a List Price. -
Currently existing offers will not be affected by this change. Any updates to these offers will require Selling Partners to include the
ListPrice
attribute.
