September 2025 API and documentation updates
We are excited to share the latest updates to our APIs and documentation for September 2025:
API Explorer
The Developer Documentation now includes an API Explorer section that you can use to test Amazon Business APIs with test data. In the API Explorer, you can make API calls using sample data and generate code snippets in your preferred programming language. The API Explorer supports all Amazon Business API operations. Document API
We have updated our Document API documentation to clarify that all marketplace IDs in the createReport
API request must come from the same region (NA, EU, or FE). We also updated each guide to include a sample error message that can be returned if invalid marketplace IDs are sent in the request. For more information, visit the following documents:
Ordering API
Mexico and Australia marketplace support
Ordering API is now available in the Mexico and Australia marketplace regions. For more information, see Release Notes 2025.
Bundled ASINs
Ordering API now supports ordering bundled ASINs. A bundled ASIN is a single ASIN that represents multiple products or services bundled together and sold as a single unit. For more information, visit the following documents:
New field format
The format and length of the SelectedBuyingOptionReference
field has changed for simplicity and consistency purposes. For more information, see Release Notes 2025.
Product Search API
Mexico and Australia marketplace support
Product Search API is now available in the Mexico and Australia marketplace regions. For more information, see Release Notes 2025.
Privileged fields
We published a new reference page that lists all privileged fields in the Product Search API. By default, these fields are not included in the API response and need to be enabled by request. For more information, see Product Search API privileged fields.
