New: Integrated package tracking solution now available

On December 17, 2025, Amazon Business launched an integrated package tracking solution, featuring both an API and push notification service. With this solution, you can build applications that help you get granular package tracking information about Amazon Business orders, including delivery status, carrier details, and package milestones across multiple regions. You can receive real-time package updates by integrating webhook push notifications and retrieve detailed package milestone updates by calling the Package Tracking API.
