Update: Changes to EU Amazon Contracting Party in Amazon Services API Developer Agreement

Effective August 1, 2024, we are updating the Amazon Services API Developer Agreement. What was previously known as "Amazon Services Europe S.a.r.l." is now "Amazon EU S.à.r.l.". This update may require changes to your existing application security or controls.
Your continued use of Amazon Services API after August 1, 2024 constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. Review section 7.1 of the updated agreement to review the entirety of the updates.
