Update: August updates to Listing attribute usage and enumeration values

Effective August 25, 2024, Amazon will update the attribute usage and enumeration values of numerous product types across marketplaces. These adjustments are critical to improve the listing experience, as we work to eliminate redundant attributes and only curate attributes and enumeration values that apply to the corresponding product type.

For a complete list of affected product types and changes, refer to August 2024 Listings Items API Product Type Changes.

These changes will take effect when you create or edit listings for products with offers. This change requires you to provide values for the newly added attributes with required usage.
