Update: Removal of XML Settlement Report and Flat File Settlement Report date changed to November 11, 2026

On November 11, 2026, the following settlement reports will be removed for sellers:

XML Settlement Report (GET_V2_SETTLEMENT_REPORT_DATA_XML)
Flat File Settlement Report (GET_V2_SETTLEMENT_REPORT_DATA_FLAT_FILE)

The Flat File V2 Settlement Report (GET_V2_SETTLEMENT_REPORT_DATA_FLAT_FILE_V2) replaces these reports. The Flat File V2 Settlement Report is available now and offers the same information in fewer columns and streamlined formatting. An XML replacement report is not available.

Which marketplaces are affected?

This change applies to all marketplaces.

What action is required?

If you have an application that is affected by this change, migrate to the Flat File V2 Settlement Report and ensure that your applications no longer use the removed settlement reports after November 11, 2026.
The following table shows which fields replace the corresponding settlement report flat file fields:
