Update: Easy Ship API value formats will change on November 26, 2025

Starting November 26, 2025, Amazon will update some of the value formats in the Easy Ship API documentation to match the actual values returned. The changes include the following:

• The unit of measurement Cm will change to lowercase cm.
• The enums Pickup and Dropoff will change to uppercase PICKUP and DROPOFF.
• Timestamp formats will include timezone offsets.

The following operations are affected:

• listHandoverSlots
• getScheduledPackage
• createScheduledPackage
• updateScheduledPackages
• createScheduledPackageBulk

Which marketplaces are affected?

This change applies to all marketplaces.

Who is affected?

Developers with applications that use the Easy Ship API are affected by this change.

What action is required?

If you have an application that is affected by this change, you must update the code that processes the Easy Ship API responses by November 26, 2025.
