October 2024 API and documentation updates

We are excited to share the latest updates to our APIs and documentation for October 2024:

API static sandbox

Select Amazon Business APIs have supported a static sandbox environment. We published a new guide for developers to use the sandbox environment, along with specific sandbox guides for the Document API, Product Search API, and Reconciliation API. For more information, visit the following documents:

Document API

The Document API now supports downloading credit memo PDFs in NA region. For more information, visit the following documentation:

Reconciliation API and Reporting API

The Reconciliation API and Reporting API now support multi-legal entities (MLE). We updated each API reference to describe this functionality. For more information, visit the following documentation:

App Center

We made the following updates to the Amazon Business App Center documentation:

1. We updated the What is Amazon Business App Center? document to provide a more comprehensive, end-to-end description of the app listing process.
2. We added a new guide for updating an Amazon Business App Center listing that has already been submitted or published. For more information, see Manage your app listing.

Product Search API

We updated the Product Search API searchRefinements query parameter description. The value in this field should be retrieved dynamically from a previous API response, rather than hard-coded. For more information, see Product Search API reference.
